Karen's Krunch Smoothie
- 8 oz. of your favorite non-dairy drink, e.g coconut, almond, cashew or quinoa milk
- 1-2 Tbls. of your favorite protein powder
- 1 teas. camu camu
- 1 teas. green powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cashews and walnuts
- Blend the first 5 ingredients until creamy.
- Add in cashews and walnuts and pulse a couple times so that nuts are not completely broken down, but remain chunky and intact.
- Camu camu will give you a whopping dose of Vitamin C, keep your immune system happy and reflect your inner glow in your skin.
- Feel free to substitute other favorite frozen berries and nuts to make this your own happy smoothie.
