Key Lime Pie Smoothie
- 8 ounces coconut milk
- 1-2 Tble favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cashews
- Juice of 2-3 key limes
- 1 Tble ground flax powder (optional)
- 1 teas. honey (optional)(adjust to desired sweetness)
- Ice (as needed)
- Blend ingredients and enjoy!
- Peel and slice banana into 1/4" chunks prior to freezing for best results.
