Go To Town Turkey Salad
- Any mixed greens + arugula
- Sliced turkey
- 1/2 avocado
- Chopped red onion
- Pumpkin seeds
- Prepare ingredients and place on top of greens.
- Add olive oil & choice of lemon juice + salt & pepper, OR Bragg's liquid amino, OR balsamic vinegar.
- A dollop of sauerkraut gets you bonus points. My favorite is Farmhouse Culture.
