- 1 can beets
- 2 teas. cumin
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- Handful parsley
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and whirrrrrrrr.
