
Mango with Sticky Rice

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 3/4 cup of steamed sticky rice*
- 1 1/2 ounces of coconut milk
- 1 Tble coconut sugar
- 1/4 teas. salt
Instructions
- Heat the coconut milk, sugar and salt in a pot.
- When it's boiling, turn the heat off.
- Put the (hot) sticky rice into the coconut milk pot.
- Mix them well together.
- Serve with mango.
Notes
- *Sticky rice is best made in a rice cooker. If you don't have one, follow instructions for the rice you have.
- I've seen this dish served with chopped nuts.
